TakNet 5 : A rural community wireless mesh network

Actual Deployment

On March 2017, intERLab team with cooperation of Thai Network Information Center Foundation and local technician team have been deployed 25 mobile routers. For this village we got supported mobile routers from N4D Lab, University of Cambridge, UK.

The villagers started to share VDSL internet (50Mbps/10Mbps) over CWMN with 24 households. Network Coverage Area 34,575 sq.m. 50 households Number of Member: 24
